Autumn Term: Starts with an introduction to drama games and skills. We will then work towards a Winter or Classic themed short play.
Spring Term: Devising. This term the children have creative freedom to make their own play, Working in small groups, devising the story, acting out characters, deciding on staging and props to make a brand new 5 minute show!
Summer Term: We introduce singing and dancing this term, along with acting skills built across the precious terms we perform a main stage musical show.

Autumn Term
Shakespeare For Kids
This term we are working on Shakespeare plays. The groups will perform an abridged version of a Shakespearian Tragedy ( in standard english with some comedic elements)
This is a fun introduction to the Bard!
Every Saturday 10:45am – 12:15pm
Term Time
First Session 12th September
No Session on 31st October 2026 for Half Term
Performance on Sunday 6th December

This is an extremely popular age group for our Youth Theare. Every year we have more demand for places than spaces available.
So please book up ASAP!
Once you have booked a place on the term Sarah will be in touch via email with more information.
Booking will open after 22nd August.
This term will start with workshops to introduce everyone and the topic of the term.
We will then cast and select groups for the Shakespeare Adaptations.
This group will be looking at Macbeth and King Lear.
