Hiring the Playhouse for Professional Performances
If you have a professional production which you think would fit well with the Playhouse programme the please us an initial query via email to programming@alnwickplayhouse.co.uk
It is always helpful to consider which seasonal programme you are making a request for and please note the brochure release dates
The Playhouse produces 3 seasonal brochures per year, Spring, Summer and Autumn
Spring Brochure – January, February, March and April performances. Release date November
Summer Brochure – May, June, July and August performances. Release date March
Autumn Brochure – September, October, November and December performances. Release date July
If we do not wish to programme your production it may still be possible to hire the Playhouse instead. You would pay the Playhouse a minimum hire charge or a percentage of the box office, whichever is greater, on the evening.
Please note PRS (Performing Rights Society) and Box Office fees would need to be paid at rates applicable
Daytime hire of the Playhouse is available on some days when it does not affect the artistic programme.
Available between 9am-5pm

The Studio Hub is a more intimate space located on the ground floor of the Playhouse which hosts a wide range of events & activities for all ages. This Hub is available to hire for private events
